National Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Ladies, take the girls to the handlers in radiology or at the very least, schedule your annual gynecology exam.

Last week, I took my good luck charm with me to midtown for my yearly mammogram.

Thankfully, the girls are in great shape.

It turned out to be a calling all girls day.

I proceeded to rush to the theatre district to have lunch at the newly opened Carnegie Deli with a  friend from my prior life in Marin County, California. It was great to catch up with Lila who is such a lovely person. It has been way too long.

Then I raced uptown to meet another fabulous woman, my dear friend and talented artist, Lisa. Please check out her art on Facebook (Lisa Mee Art) and Instagram (lisamee_art). Her work is selling like crazy. We spent hours catching up and it is never enough time.

Women should be celebrated daily.
